The two Crediton wards are very different, and a block in one is not comparable to a block in the other. In Boniface 258 of 1,865 households were flats at the 2021 Census, 13.8 per cent, 214 of them purpose-built. In Lawrence 509 of 1,845 households were flats, 27.6 per cent.
