We manage residential blocks, estates and leasehold developments from an office at Queen Anne’s Battery in Plymouth. Each page below sets out the things that actually change from place to place: which authority a block deals with for building control and planning, which fire and rescue service enforces the Fire Safety Order there, who supplies communal water, and what the local building stock and its risks are.
