We manage residential blocks, estates and leasehold developments from an office at Queen Anne’s Battery in Plymouth. Each page below sets out the things that actually change from place to place: which authority a block deals with for building control and planning, which fire and rescue service enforces the Fire Safety Order there, who supplies communal water, and what the local building stock and its risks are.

Where a town does not have a page of its own it is still named and covered below. If your development is in one of them, the management is the same; only the page count is different. There is also a page for the South West as a whole, which sets out what the region has in common.

Alongside the area pages above there are 84 pages that take one service in one place: what the tribunal has actually decided nearby, the fee that authority publishes, and the local rule that changes the job. A combination only gets a page where there is something true and specific to say about it.
